Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at director2ten@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
